Bonfire Consign Co. LLC is a semi-annual consignment sale event specializing in tools, outdoor equipment, and related goods. Events are held at local venues. Our website serves as an informational hub and gateway to ticket purchases and consignor registration, which are handled through third-party platforms.

LLC is not responsible for technical issues, transaction failures, or disputes that arise on third-party platforms.

Ticket availability is not guaranteed. All sales are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of the ticketing platform used. Please review those policies at the time of purchase.
4. CONSIGNOR REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION
Individuals wishing to sell items at a Bonfire Consign event may register as a consignor through a third-party registration platform linked from our website. By registering, consignors agree to:

Only submit items that are legally owned, lawfully transferable, and in the condition described

Comply with all event rules, deadlines, and procedures provided at registration and at the event

Acknowledge that Bonfire Consign will receive a percentage of proceeds from the sale of consigned items, as outlined during registration

Bonfire Consign reserves the right to reject any items that are unsafe, prohibited, misrepresented, or otherwise unsuitable for the event at our sole discretion.
5. ITEMS AND SALES – NO WARRANTY
All items sold at Bonfire Consign Co. LLC events are sold by individual consignors on an "as-is, where-is" basis. Bonfire Consign Co. LLC does not inspect, warranty, certify, or guarantee the condition, safety, or fitness of any item for any particular purpose.

Buyers are solely responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing by Bonfire Consign Co. LLC at the time of the event.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonfire Consign Co. LLC, its organizers, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for:
