How to Prepare:
Not sure if your item is a good fit? Browse the full category list, or reach out and ask us via our Contact Page.
Before you sit down to enter your items in the portal, take 10 minutes to gather everything you’ll need. It makes the whole process a lot faster — and you’ll avoid having to stop and hunt things down mid-entry.
For each item, you’ll need:
-
A photo — clear, well-lit, on a clean background (no people or identifying info on these photos as they may be used to promote the event and sale items on social media.
-
A title — brand, model, and a brief descriptor (e.g. “DEWALT 20V Cordless Drill with Battery”)
-
A description — condition, any wear, what’s included, relevant specs
-
Your asking price — in $1 increments, minimum $5
You’ll also make three quick decisions per item:
-
“Fire Sale” discount? — Check this box if you’d like your item marked down 20% on Sunday, the final day of the sale, to help it move.
-
Donate if unsold? — If a Consignor selects “donate” during registration, any unsold items will be transferred to Bonfire Consign Co., LLC at the close of the Event, who may dispose of, donate, or sell those items at its sole discretion..
-
Needs pickup? — If you can’t transport the item yourself (large furniture, equipment, etc.), we offer a paid pickup service. Note this during registration and we’ll be in touch with pricing.
There’s no limit to how many items you can enter, so feel free to go through every room, garage bay, and shed.
